JOB SUMMARY: My Client seeks a highly skilled and strategic Group Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing activities within the facilities industry sector. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, mainly specialising in the facilities management industry or related sectors. CRITERIA / REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience (10-15 years) in a senior marketing & communications role, with a track record of successful marketing and communications and team leadership
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends and technologies
• Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels and platforms
