Does JobVault charge job seekers anything?
No. Browsing listings, applying for jobs, signing up for job alerts and using every career resource on the site is completely free for job seekers and always will be. If anyone ever asks you to pay a fee in connection with a job you found through JobVault, please report it to us immediately.
Is JobVault a recruitment agency?
No. We're a job aggregation platform. Vacancies on the site come from verified recruiters, employer career pages and partner feeds across South Africa. When you apply, your application goes to the original recruiter or employer — not to us.
How do I apply for a job?
Open any job page and click the "Apply" button. You'll be taken to the recruiter's application form or sent through to the original posting. You don't need a JobVault account to apply — though signing up for free job alerts means you'll hear about new roles in your field as soon as they're posted.
I'm a recruiter — how do I post jobs?
Register a recruiter account and submit your company for verification. Once approved you can post jobs directly from your dashboard. For bulk posting, feed integration or pricing questions, email sales@jobvault.co.za.
A listing looks like a scam — what should I do?
Forward the link to support@jobvault.co.za and we'll investigate and remove it if it breaches our policies. Our safety guide lists the most common warning signs of fake job adverts in South Africa.
How fast will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to every message within one South African business day (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Account or billing queries from recruiters are usually answered faster.
