Nompilo founded JobVault in 2024 after watching too many South Africans waste time and money on cluttered, untrustworthy job sites. She runs the company across product, partnerships and day-to-day operations, and is JobVault's sole editor — every blog post and career guide on the site is written or reviewed by her before publication. Born and raised in South Africa, she writes guidance grounded in the realities of looking for work here — UIF, BCEA, CCMA, BBBEE, and the practical hurdles in between.

Head of Recruiter Partnerships

Mathias looks after every recruiter and employer relationship on JobVault. He handles onboarding, verification, and ongoing support — from helping a small business post their first vacancy to working with established agencies on bulk imports. His goal is simple: keep listings legitimate, posted by real companies, with clear and honest information for job seekers.

Kelvin keeps the JobVault job board healthy. He loads and categorises new vacancies, removes expired or duplicated listings, checks application links, and makes sure each role is tagged correctly by location, sector and seniority. If a listing looks accurate, current and easy to find — that's Kelvin's work.

How we work

One editor. Nompilo is JobVault's sole editor. She writes or personally reviews every blog post and career guide before it's published — no anonymous freelancers, no auto-published AI content.
South African focus. All career guidance is written for the South African context — UIF, BCEA, CCMA, BBBEE, public vs private sector hiring — not republished from overseas sources.
Recruiter verification. Mathias and Nompilo personally review every recruiter account before that company can post jobs.
Corrections. If you spot an error in an article or job listing, email info@jobvault.co.za and we'll fix it and add a correction note.
