Job Description
Aspen is facing a myriad of treasury-related challenges and financial risks, which include liquidity, counterparty, interest rate and FX risks, ensuring an optimal capital structure, and managing the complexities of real-time cross-border transactional banking. Aspen is focused on finding sustainable and effective solutions while maintaining good governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage treasury-related challenges and financial risks.
- Ensure optimal capital structure.
- Handle liquidity and counterparty risks.
- Manage interest rate and FX risks.
- Oversee real-time cross-border transactional banking processes.
- Regularly review treasury policies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in treasury management or financial risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and governance practices.
