Job Description

We can help you pursue strategic growth opportunities by optimising the financial structure of your business and advising on specialised term debt solutions on a leveraged basis or for commercial property focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist businesses in raising equity capital to support growth.
- Identify suitable BEE partners.
- Develop a BEE strategy regarding ownership.
- Advise on financial advisory, raising debt requirements, and implementing risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in bespoke capital raising and corporate advisory.
- Understanding of integrated financial solutions.
- Ability to analyse clients' financial needs and provide insights.
