Job Description
As a Drive-in Centre (DIC) Assessor, you will play a crucial role in the assessment of vehicles involved in accidents. Your expertise will help ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently, providing quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles
- Evaluate claim validity and provide recommendations
- Communicate findings clearly with all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive assessments or similar roles
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and accident damage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
