• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Execute own work in accordance with the organisational values and code of ethics.
• Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution.
• Identify and escalate risk as normal part of work.
• Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards.
• Work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.
• Deliver work in an accurate manner to ensure consistent results.
• Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality.
• Achieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and maintain an acceptable cost of sales ratio.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and grow the organisational client base while containing costs.
• Assist with retaining or signing unbanked customer base to improve profitability.
• Maximize sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
• Maintain specialised knowledge on all FirstRand approved products.
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive adoption of digital and other self-service options.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.

• Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or high qualification.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
