This one-year Absa Home Loans Learnership program incorporates on the job exposure in all aspects of contact with the Bank’s customers.

• Participate in learning programme/s in order to maximise individual and organisational development benefit/s through the execution of predefined training objectives.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
• Show organization skills; attention to detail and emphasis on follow-up.
• Work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Display professionalism and courteousness.
• Perform well under pressure.
• Be a self-starter with a hands-on mentality.

• Aged between 18-30 years.
• Attach detailed CV containing all relevant contacts and references.
• Include copies of certificates, identity card, and proof of address.
• South African citizen or permanent resident.
• Completed Degree/or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.
• Proficient in English.
• Not currently employed.
• Not registered with any other learnership/internship or studying.
• Computer literate.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Flexible and willing to learn and work.
