• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
