Senior Manager Corporate Finance

About the position

Our client, a prestigious international firm with offices in Sandton, is seeking a Senior Manager: Corporate Finance to join their Advisory division.

You will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of complex due diligence projects, from tailoring engagement scopes and financial modelling to producing high-impact reports for global clients. As a strategic leader, you will manage high-level client relationships, oversee JSE reporting accountant duties, and mentor a high-performing team to identify key value drivers and deal-breakers in the transaction space.

Requirements:

• MINIMUM 7 years experience working in the corporate finance space.
• Registered CA(SA) (non-negotiable)
• Technically strong regarding report writing, risk management and financial analysis
• Specialist expertise regarding due diligence
• Possessing a clear interest in and knowledge of a broad range of business, strategy and finance topics
