Job Description

An established Business Development Manager (Cold Storage) role focused on driving sustainable financial growth through increasing sales, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building strong long-term client relationships.

The position involves developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies across cold storage, shipping, and retail outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on sales performance and customer satisfaction
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs and opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
Negotiate pricing and prepare sales contracts
Provide accurate sales reporting
Mentor and support junior sales staff

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
7+ years' experience in sales, business development or marketing roles
Strong business development and sales track record
Experience in cold storage, shipping, or related industries
