Job Description
Lead Agile practices by coordinating ceremonies, product planning with Product Owners, and driving team delivery while removing impediments.
Assess and improve Agile maturity across the team and organization, coaching members toward sustainable growth.
Promote transparency through clear communication of team performance and progress to stakeholders.
Foster continuous improvement, change management, and a positive team culture, including morale and collaboration.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and other Agile Masters, while supporting quality assessment and Agile testing practices.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
IT / Business Degree / Equivalent years of experience.
One of the following (Advantageous):
Professional Scrum Master III™.
Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master® (scrumailliance.org).
Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (scaledagile.com).
Certified SAFe® Agilisit (scaledagile.com).
Scale Professional Scrum™ (scrum.org).
Certified SAFe Release Train engineer (scaledagile.com).
Project Management qualification (Advantageous).
