Requirements

A software development–oriented degree
8+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner role
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering custom software solutions using Agile methodologies
Experience working directly with external clients in a consulting environment
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative, fit‑for‑purpose solutions
Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and operate confidently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Experience with off‑the‑shelf system selection and/or implementation is advantageous
