Job Description

Supports the delivery of people change interventions by analysing change impacts, tracking readiness and adoption, and enabling data-driven decision-making to ensure successful implementation and embedment of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, processes, and behaviours
  • Analyse readiness, adoption, and resistance data to inform interventions
  • Translate project requirements into people change implications
  • Support stakeholder mapping and maintain stakeholder engagement trackers
  • Coordinate communication and training logistics to support execution
  • Act as a connector between project teams and People Change Managers
  • Maintain change dashboards (readiness, adoption, sentiment, risk)
  • Track execution of change plans and escalate risks proactively
  • Ensure alignment to governance standards and artefact quality
  • Support initiatives that drive behaviour change and adoption
  • Assist in measuring benefits realisation linked to change outcomes
  • Track and report on post-implementation reinforcement activities

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in Change, HR, Project or business analysis environment
  • Exposure to transformation / project delivery is advantageous
  • Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields
  • Understanding of change management principles (e.g. Prosci-type models)
  • Reporting capability (Excel, dashboards agility insights advantageous)
  • Ability to structure and document change artefacts
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Ability to interpret project plans and translate into change activities
  • Understanding of end-to-end change lifecycle
  • Curious and analytical mindset
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Learning agility and willingness to build consulting capability
