Job Description

Senior Business Analyst (Lead) with strong process modelling and finance domain expertise to support a large-scale transformation programme.

This role is business-focused (not SAP configuration) and will lead a small team of BAs while remaining hands-on in analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience in a Lead BA / Senior BA role
Strong process modelling and process improvement capability
Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes
Solid experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
