Job Description
Production and Quality Manager to oversee operations within their fast-paced operation in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing large teams and production processes. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Production Management
HACCP / FSSC / ISO 22000 quality certifications
Proficiency in Isizulu is advantageous
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a production management role within the FMCG industry
Demonstrated experience in managing a team of 100+ staff
Experience working with machine-related operations is essential
Previous experience in a food production environment is highly preferable
