Job Description
Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting Sprint delivery, and promoting Agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments, protect the team from scope creep, manage conflicts, and foster strong team dynamics and high performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, support backlog management, align with programme goals, and use metrics to monitor performance while ensuring governance and standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting Sprint delivery, and promoting Agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, support backlog management, align with programme goals, and use metrics to monitor performance while ensuring governance and standards are met.
Requirements
Relevant IT/Computer Science qualification with Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) and proven experience in Agile software development environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and ceremonies, with experience coaching teams, removing impediments, and supporting delivery across the SDLC and DevOps.
Skilled in tools like JIRA/Confluence and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams, with insurance industry experience as a plus.
