Job Description
Deliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Target: To actively work the leads from Siebel and be efficient, ensuring that we achieve a strike rate of 70% and responsible for achieving a minimum of six sales per day and this number can increase as and when business requires.
- Customer Experience: To provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Quality of work produced: Maintaining and treating clients' information in a confidential manner.
- FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) Experience As Per the FAIS Act Product Specific Training once Onboarded Class Of Business Training Continuous Professional Development Attest To Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing.

- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
