Job Description
To provide specialist advice and support in the development and implementation, coordinating and facilitating product specific campaigns, data analytics and market insights. This includes planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques as well as enabling the provision of sound product development expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively driving stakeholder engagements within the organization to optimize collaboration.
- Manage supplier relationships to enhance healthy working relationships and the fostering of cultivated sales growth and revenue environments.
- Product enhancement by remaining abreast of industry standards and insights.
- Review product processes and standards to continuously support revenue growth and report limitations where the process imposes a risk to revenue growth or income leakage.
- Product process enhancements to benefit product development to support revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain sound relationships with critical stakeholders such as Cash Product, Cash Specialists, Bankers, Risk, Compliance and Client Value Management colleagues.
- Actively engage suppliers on modelled revenue streams supported by active sales campaigns.
- Continuously review product development to support sales performance and execution.
- Product analysis will include reviewing product process to continuously look for enhancements within the product process.
- Continuously review and analyze data to support the development of and successful completion of campaigns.
- Development of cash product campaigns to support sales performance and execution.
- Lead and drive campaign acquisition of new to bank of Relationship Banking clients with primary focus on acquiring new business as well as switching physical cash relationships from competitor banks.
- Continuously review product processes to identify areas of real and potential risk within the Product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and Advanced Diploma: Business, Commerce, Marketing and Management studies (required).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience – Preferably in corporate banking sales, marketing coordination or relationship management.
- Experience in the Commercial Payments Solutions environment including Cash Management, Merchant Acquiring and Commercial Issuing.
- Data Analytics Experience including market research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Campaign Execution proficiency.
- Project Management: Ability to plan and execute product development launches and integrated campaigns from start to finish.
