• Control operational costs within the claim’s payments division
• Manage costs and expenses in line with approved claims and invoices received for processing
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers and supplier expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and business units within the Short-Term Insurance pillar
• Deal with stakeholder complaints and queries, relating to invoice processing activities of the area and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the relevant party
• Responsible for controlling, receipting and logging of received invoices
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements and time frames are met in the claim’s payment department

• Previous experience in an invoice quality control role
• Previous experience in a motor or non-motor claims environment
• Short Term Insurance experience would be beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Matric
• Accounting related experience
