Personal Lines Short Term Insurance Client Service & Retentions (FAIS)

• Deliver dynamic customer service by answering incoming calls timeously.
• Resolve customer queries and upsell other indirect Insurance products on offer.
• Offer financial advice to the customer and handle retentions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and call resolution, and maintain quality assurance of service and calls.
• Comply with the FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements applicable to this role.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Home Language Afrikaans advantageous.
• FSCA-Approved Qualification.
• Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
• Product Specific Training once onboarded.
• Class Of Business Training.
• Continuous Professional Development.
• Attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing.
• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Insurance and Risk Management (Required).
